1.找到一件你可以满怀热情做10年的事，就算你不会从中赚很多钱，那也是你应该做的。
2. 永远做真实的自己。
3. 找到自己或自己企业的价值在哪里。
4. 与其寻找工作生活分离，不如专注于工作生活相结合。
5. 建立健康的可以获益的生意和朋友关系，但不是从这种关系之外来获利。
6. 要最大限度的获得快乐，而不是金钱和身份。
7. 思考一下什么是成功的定义，你的动力是来自于自己还是外部因素。
8. 为拒绝做好准备。
9. 回馈社会，分享你的成功。
10. 成功的人总是做不成功的人不愿意做的事。
11. 价值观和道德观，永远放在第一位。
12. 不要欺骗，哪怕是一分钱。
13. 与不好的人做合作，生意永远不会好
14. 你要学会你可以脱离依靠别人。
15. 爱你的员工。当我的员工进入我的办公室，我拥抱他们，我用“刻薄”的方式讲述事实，当他们走出办公室时，我会再次拥抱他们。
16. 事实是冷酷无情的，但是，这是找到解决方案的第一步。
17. 不要为金钱而去做。找到能使你心跳加速的事业。
18. 如果你做的有益处，好处自然向你而来。
19. 你要全心全意地致力于自己的事业。
20. 不懈努力，并敢于承担风险。
