市场点评 - 2012-01-13 经过前几天的上涨，市场在今天出现回调行情，上海股指下跌30.43点，1.3%，收盘2244.58。
近期货币有可能宽松化的消息，对市场有一定的刺激，也是前几天股指上攻的动因之一。但是在短期内，紧缩的货币政策依然难有大改变，加之人们避免年报地雷而更加谨慎，这些因素都造成了股指今天出现回调。
受到北京将会限制购房政策的影响，今天万科（000002）和保利地产（600048）小幅下挫。铁道部宣布将减缓高铁发展速度，预算有可能由1260亿降低到800亿，中国南车（601766）和中国北车（601299）下跌分别下跌1%和2%以上 。
利率
由于制造业放缓和企业借贷困难，预计今年存款利率会有几次下调。许多经济学家也预测，如果经济大格局不变，今年存款利率将会由现在的3.5%至2.75%。
房地产
北京市今年将继续提高购房条件，加强保障住房建设来冷却房产市场，同时，银行也会对房屋购买的首付有更高要求。这些都会使房地产行业在短期内难有太大作为。
基本面
上海市场股票平均市盈率为9.2倍，和1月6号市盈率历史最低点8.9倍相差不多。政策面上，新股发行改革，扩大分红比例，社保基金入市，都会对股市产生长远积极影响。
